PATIENT & TREATMENT CENTER MANAGEMENT APP | UXUI DESIGN
Moffitt Cancer Center is one of the top cancer treatment centers in not just the US, but also in the world. People come from all over the globe to get treated at Moffitt.
Up until recently first time patients would have to sit at their first appointment and fill out 3 hours worth of physical paperwork. These patients already are not in the best mental state and thats the last thing they should have to worry about upon arrival.
Over the next 5 months I worked closely with all the department heads, clinics, doctors and patients to create the first ever Moffitt online registration portal and treatment management app for Moffitts patients & staff.

Aside from designing the online registration portal for patients before their treatment, I also crafted the experience for the Kiosks that patients use to
check-in for their on-site clinic arrivals.
Patient & Appt.
To go along with the patient treatment management app I designed a custom platform for Moffitt's staff to manage and keep track of all their patients and appointments.
This platform accomplished everything from managing daily appointments, patient information and real-time patient registrations and check-ins.
At the end of the 5 months together Moffitt and I built out life changing experiences for their patients and staff.
We accomplished everything from a patient treatment app, a patient management platform for the staff, digitizing all of the patient forms, a custom Kiosk experience and a tracking board for the staff to track their patients onsite journeys to see where they are and everything they have done during their entire onsite visit.
The projects were so successful and the the patients were so happy with the new experiences that Moffitt signed an ongoing deal for the next 5 years worth of projects.
