SCENARIO:

The Invisible Aligners space has never really been saturated and there are only a handful of players. The newest player changing the game in this space is Byte.

 

Over the period of almost a year I was hired to help take the brand to the next level and set them a part from the rest of their competition. During the time our focus included building a one of a kind treatment management app, optimizing e-commerce shopping experiences, a company rebrand and optimizing the customer service experiences for their customers.

Treatment
Management App

One of the biggest features we focused on for this treatment management app was the ability for a patient to track their journey starting with the initial product order, all the way through till the end of their treatment.

EXECUTION:

We designed and developed in-house a life changing app and product experience for Byte's customers. Customers were so happy to finally have an easy and cost efficient treatment out there that they could finally count on.

 

Over the next 5 months after rolling out the app and some of these e-commerce optimizations we saw on average a 30% - 40% lift in revenue and leads month after month!
